Thanks to the generosity of the WA Korean Inter-married Women’s Association (aka WA-KIMWA) members, we were able to raise $5,250, and we donated the funds to “Nourish Pierce County” on 24 Apr for the people who are affected by the coronavirus. It will be used to help those who are in need of food items. It was just a small token of our appreciation to our adoptive country for what it has given to us.

코로나 바이러스로 인하여 여러모로 힘든 시기에, 우리보다 더 어려운 분들에게 도움을 줄수있는 우리 한미여성회가 자랑스럽습니다. 우리의 고문단, 임원, 이사, 그리고 회원들이 힘을 모아 마련한 $5,250의 성금을 Pierce County에 있는 Nourish Foodbank에 전달 하였습니다. 어려움에 처해서 고통을 당하는 이웃들에게 도움을 주고, 지역사회에 보람이 되는 일을 하며, 남편의 조국이자 우리의 제 2 고향이된 이 나라에 공헌하는 WA-KIMWA 가 더욱더 발전하기를 기원합니다.
